Simple Au Gratin Potato


Ingredients

4 medium, peeled and thinly slice potatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 thick slices of smoke beef, chopped
3 tbsp butter
½ cup onion, chopped
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
120 gr extra cheddar cheese, shredded

Simple Au Gratin Potato


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in garlic, stir it in 10 seconds or until it fragrant. And then stir in flour, salt and pepper and mix well until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil, cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. And then we stir in cheese until melted. Add potatoes, smoke beef and onion. Mix well.
2. Spoon and transfer potato mixture to a greased 24 cm baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Open the cover and the bake 40-45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Serve and enjoy ^^
